Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide your company, phone number and the type of support required. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss potential services.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or detailed incident records in an initial enquiry. If further information is needed, we can agree an appropriate way to provide it.

How the form works

When you submit the form, our website validates your details and emails your enquiry to our company inbox. We use a hidden spam-trap field and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated or repeated submissions. These security records expire after 15 minutes and are removed during subsequent form activity. They are not used for analytics or marketing. Email and hosting providers may process information as part of delivering that enquiry and our response.

Why we use the information

Depending on the enquiry, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to provide agreed services, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention

We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purpose, normally no longer than three years after the last interaction unless an ongoing contract or legal requirement means a longer period is necessary.

Website hosting and cookies

The website host may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and protect the service. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, service-page interest, contact-link clicks and successful enquiries. Analytics remains disabled until you accept. We do not send the contents of enquiry fields to Analytics. Google processes device, browser, approximate location, referral and interaction information using pseudonymous identifiers. We disable advertising personalisation and Google Signals in our website configuration. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer; this stops future collection in that browser, but does not automatically erase previously collected information. See the Cookie Policy.

Sharing and transfers

Information may be processed by providers used for website hosting, enquiry delivery and email, or disclosed where required by law. Google Analytics may involve processing outside the UK, including in the United States, under Google’s applicable data-processing and international-transfer arrangements. Our Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is set to two months, without resetting retention on new activity; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Contact us about retention or deletion requests. We do not sell enquiry data.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or exercise other applicable data protection rights. Contact us using the details above.
