We use Google Analytics 4 only after you select Accept analytics. Reject analytics leaves the website and enquiry form fully usable. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. We do not load Google Analytics before acceptance.

What we measure

Analytics helps us understand visits, service-page interest, referral sources, consultation-button clicks, phone and email clicks, and successful contact-form submissions. A phone or email click indicates interest, not a completed conversation. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or message contents from the enquiry form to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Storage used on this website

• scc_analytics_consent_v1 — first-party local storage used to remember your choice and its date for 180 days. It is used for managing your preference, not measuring visits. After expiry, we ask again when you return.
• _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies, used only with consent to distinguish browsers and maintain analytics session information. Our website configuration sets a maximum lifetime of 180 days without extending it on each visit.
• scc_enquiry_success — a first-party analytics marker set only after a successful enquiry submission when analytics consent is present. It contains only a success flag, expires after two minutes and is cleared when the confirmation page counts the enquiry.

Change your mind

Select Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting analytics stops future analytics collection in that browser and removes accessible analytics cookies for this website. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete information already collected. You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Choices apply to the browser you are using, so you may need to choose separately on another device.

Google and your information
